OVERVIEW OF THE EDUCATION SYSTEM TRANSFER PROJECT

We are currently implementing a plan to transfer ownership of a system comprising four schools in Vietnam, with a highlight being a prominent project located in Ho Chi Minh City – the country's leading economic and educational hub.

To meet the diverse needs of investors, we have designed two flexible transfer packages as follows:

This package is designed for investors seeking to take over the entire operational system, including personnel, curriculum, and existing facilities. It targets those who wish to maintain and further develop the schools based on their current foundation.

This includes brand ownership, a long-term development strategy, and the right to expand the school system in the future. It is ideal for strategic investors with a bold vision, who aim to establish a reputable educational brand in Vietnam and the region.

We are currently finalizing legal, financial, and operational documents (Due Diligence) to share with interested partners. At the same time, we are conducting partner capability assessments to ensure transparency and effectiveness throughout the cooperation and transfer process.

Notably, in addition to the transfer project, we are planning to develop “Quantum School” – the first Quantum School in Vietnam, which will integrate cutting-edge technology and modern educational methods, aiming to shape the future of learning.
