STEPS TO BECOME A PARTNER OF EDUCATION SUPPORT VIETNAM

Step 1: Initial Contact & Expression of Interest
Potential partners can express their interest via email or direct contact.
Both parties will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to initiate the information-sharing process.

Step 2: Information Sharing & Introductory Meeting
We will provide an overview of the project, including preliminary data on operations, finances, and legal status.
An introductory meeting (online or in person) will be arranged to discuss project potential and address initial inquiries.

Step 3: Partner Evaluation & Strategic Alignment
We will conduct due diligence and assess the partner’s capabilities and long-term vision.
Both parties will align on strategic goals and mutual expectations for the partnership.

Step 4: Negotiation & Agreement Signing
Terms of cooperation or acquisition (if any) will be discussed and negotiated.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or formal agreement will be signed.
